Welcome to Divine Wryte Wellness, my name is Serena T. Wills and I’m the Owner of Divine Wryte Wellness, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through The International Coach Federation. You can find out more about me and what lead me to start my health and wellness coaching practice on my about page by clicking here.
The mission of Divine Wryte Wellness is to create an open and safe space to share life’s greatest moments and challenges, work with clients on how to gently get through the path that could lead to healing and have a peaceful life balance for adults through compassionate coaching.
The vision is to provide a place to reestablish and start the path to peace, joy, healing, balance, recovery, self-love and self-care. I decided to create a health and wellness coaching practice that reflected some of what I was missing in my life in the past and what quite a few people may be struggling with now. No matter where you are on your path to wellness, I want you to feel supported and have the tools and guidance needed to start making strides forward in your life one step at a time. It’s okay to have an unclear vision, feel stuck, even at times broken, which is everything I once felt. You will get through this time in your life, but it does take time. The path before you is going to be exciting to unveil and you will realize that it was well worth the wait to get to this point. I want to help guide you, so you can live your best life.
The areas that Divine Wryte Wellness focuses on for individual and group coaching are the following: adults recovering from or healed from Lyme Disease and the co-infections, caregivers to elders and particularly who have battled cancer (with a specialty in GYN cancers), those who have experienced loss of a loved one and grieving (trying to figure out what’s next for them), how to begin mindful eating, those seeking a healthy work-life balance and suffering from mentally and emotionally challenging work environments.
